Velocipacker is a tracking solution which provides a secure shipping service to ensure that your customer can locate the order in real time. Tracking numbers are given to packages when they are shipped and are useful for knowing the location of time sensitive deliveries. It is a unique ID number or code assigned to a package or parcel.

If you use HGR Auto ordering to process your orders, they will be automatically imported and processed within a couple of minutes, and tracking numbers will be generated by Velocipacker.

In order to generate tracking numbers automatically for all your orders, Auto ordering must be enabled under your Auto ordering settings.

The tracking number will be automatically uploaded to eBay so that they buyer can check the status of the order.

Each order processed by auto ordering will automatically add a tracking number to view the status of this order.

1. Go to the “My orders” section.

2. Click on the order you want to track

3. Click on the tracking id in the upper right corner (It will only appear if the auto ordering has processed the order).
