WHAT IS THE NO API EXTENSION?

If the channel you have linked your store to is No API you will need to connect our No API extension. If you want us to do it for you, you can choose to connect it to our servers.

Thanks to this type of connection we prevent the marketplace in which you are selling to detect that you are using a software to help you to automate your store since lately they are becoming very strict with this.

HOW TO USE THE EXTENSION?

Connecting our No Api extension is very easy, you only have to click on it and you will see the stores you have linked in Hustle Got Real. It is very important that they are in the “Monitoring” status. If they are not in this status please do the following steps:

Make sure that the name of the store in Hustle Got Real is exactly the same as the name of the store in the marketplace.
Make sure you are logged in to Hustle Got Real.
Click on the connect button and log in to the marketplace.
Click on the Refresh button.

TWO DIFFERENT STATUS

Blue status

The blue status means that the extension is succesfully connected to your store.

Red status

The red status means that the extension is not connected to your store.
