Multi-level Affiliate Program

By participating in the HGR Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree that commissions are paid only on eligible subscription payments that successfully settle and remain non-disputed; that no commission is paid on refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or otherwise reversed payments; that commissions are calculated on a monthly basis and only for complete calendar months (from the 1st to the last day of the month), and that partial months are not eligible; and that, because banks and card providers may open disputes/chargebacks months after a payment is made and we must ensure funds remain available while payments settle and any disputes are reviewed, withdrawals are subject to both a holding period and an expiry window such that the most recent four full months of earned commissions are locked and unavailable for withdrawal, commissions older than one (1) year expire and are no longer withdrawable, and withdrawals are available only for commissions older than four full months (generally from the fifth month onward) but not older than one year; you further acknowledge that referral commission eligibility lasts for up to one (1) year per referral, after which commissions stop even if the referral remains subscribed, and you agree to request withdrawals regularly as shown in your Affiliate Dashboard so eligible funds do not expire.
