Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. When you upgrade to a higher plan, we issue a partial refund for the unused portion of your current subscription.
Can I downgrade my subscription?
Yes. Downgrades take effect when your current subscription ends. Partial refunds are not available for downgrades.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly billing?
Yes, provided the new subscription is at the same level or higher. The change is applied immediately, and a partial refund will be issued for your most recent monthly charge.
Can I switch from yearly to monthly billing?
Yes, but no refund will be issued.
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel a monthly subscription within 7 days, you'll receive a full refund. Yearly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.

Standard subscriptions do not include done-for-you listing creation. If you'd like us to create listings for you, you can purchase our separate We List For You service. Your subscription includes stock and price monitoring, listing management from our platform, and access to tools that help you create more listings yourself. Are new listings added every month?
No. Your subscription is based on your store's active listing capacity, not on a monthly number of new listings. If your store grows and you have more active listings, you may need to upgrade your plan to support them. If you want done-for-you listing creation, check our We List For You service.
