How can I do a bulk listing upload? Can I then edit those listings individually?

You can access bulk lister under "Tools". You then have to paste the item's URLs in the table provided and they will automatically be listed. When using Bulk Lister you have the option to request approval before being published, that way you will be able to edit them before being published.
