I would like to copy over listings that were already live before I subscribed to HGR. Is this possible and how?

Yes it is, you can import your listings to your account. We just need a CSV file with 2 columns: Item Id and Source URL. You can do so by following the instructions under this link: IMPORT ITEMS.
