Shopify fraud analysis: how do I review high-risk orders?

A customer can complete checkout while the order still enters fraud review, chargeback handling, manual capture flow, or payout failure. If you only look at one admin screen, it is easy to miss the real state of the transaction.
Review payment status, payout history, and any fraud or dispute information together before taking action. If the issue remains unclear, contact Shopify Support with the order ID, payout date, dispute reference, or payment status so the team can inspect the transaction path directly.
