What Personal Information do we collect from you?

If you are a merchant using or considering using Hustle Got Real, sign up for information, or contact us, we may ask for your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and payment information. For support or verification, we may ask for additional documentation to verify identity. This is “Account Information.”

If you use the Service or visit the website, we collect Device Information (IP, device identifiers, browser type/language, referrer, date/time, search keywords) via cookies, web beacons, and locally stored objects.

How do we use your Personal Information?

If you are a merchant, we use Personal Information to provide the Service (import items, process transactions, process payments). We also use it to respond to support, administer contests, personalize experience, send marketing, and improve the Service.

We may share Personal Information with payment processors, website operators, marketing vendors, and to comply with legal requests or protect rights and safety. Third-party content has its own privacy practices.

Behavioural Advertising and Your Online Choices

We may use your Personal Information to serve marketing or targeted advertising. You can opt out via the Digital Advertising Alliance or the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance. We do not alter practices in response to Do Not Track signals.

Residents of the European Economic Area ("EEA")

EEA residents have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit processing of personal data. If you are a merchant or visitor and wish to exercise these rights, contact us. If you are a buyer, contact the merchant directly.

We generally process data to fulfil contracts or pursue legitimate interests (support, fraud prevention, analytics, marketing, improving services) with safeguards to mitigate risk.

• To provide merchants and others with our services and applications;
• To prevent risk and fraud on our platform;
• To provide communications, marketing, and advertising;
• To provide reporting and analytics;
• To help merchants find and integrate with apps through our app store;
• To provide troubleshooting, support services, or to answer questions;
• To test out features or additional services;
• To improve our services, applications, and websites.

Data we process when you use the Service

To run the Service for you we process your store connections (marketplace account names and the access tokens your marketplace issues), the products, listings and supplier links you add, prices, stock and sales figures, and the order details needed to fulfil your orders, including your buyers' names and shipping addresses.

We also keep service logs with IP addresses and timestamps for security, fraud prevention and troubleshooting.

AI assistants and connected apps

You can connect Hustle Got Real to AI assistants such as ChatGPT (OpenAI) or Claude (Anthropic). When you do, the assistant's provider receives the Hustle Got Real data needed to answer your requests in that assistant, such as your stores, listings, recommended products and order summaries, and Hustle Got Real carries out the actions you confirm there, such as editing or publishing a listing.

We do not share your buyers' names, addresses or contact details with AI assistants. The provider's use of the data is governed by its own privacy policy. You can disconnect an assistant at any time in its settings, and you can ask us to remove the connection on our side.

Who we share personal data with

• Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the Service.
• Payment processors, to handle your subscription payments.
• The marketplaces and suppliers you connect, to list products and place the orders you request.
• AI assistant providers you choose to connect, as described above.
• Email and marketing service providers.
• Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect rights and safety.

How long we keep data

We keep your account, store and listing data for as long as your account is active. After you close your account we delete or anonymise it within 90 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons, such as invoices, which we keep for as long as the law requires (generally six years).

Service logs are kept for up to 30 days.

Your choices and controls

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or close your account, by contacting us at contact@hustlegotreal.com. You can disconnect marketplaces and AI assistants at any time, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each email.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes to practices or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted on this site and, where appropriate, communicated by other means.

Refunds policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time via PayPal (Recurring Payments), Stripe (Active Subscriptions), or by emailing contact@hustlegotreal.com.

All paid subscriptions renew automatically per the chosen plan. We cannot refund payments already processed without prior cancellation. Cancellations must occur before renewal.
