What changes between HGR pricing plans?
The main difference is active listing capacity. The core workflows, supported channels, AI Agent, product research, listing automation and monitoring stay included.
What does active listing capacity mean?
It is the number of products that can stay live and managed by your HGR subscription at the same time. If you need to manage more products, you can move to a higher capacity plan.
Are all marketplaces included in one subscription?
Yes. You do not choose a plan by marketplace. HGR lets you use supported channels such as eBay, Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, Facebook Marketplace and TikTok Shop from one subscription.
Are there paid feature add-ons?
The pricing page is built around all core features being included. Plan selection is mainly about active listing capacity, not unlocking separate paid features.
Is the AI Agent included?
Yes. HGR includes the AI Agent in every subscription for research, setup checks, pricing guidance and listing activity once your store is connected.
Is stock and price monitoring included?
Yes. Stock and price monitoring is included so supplier changes stay closer to your listings and margin risk is easier to catch.
Can I switch plan later?
Yes. Sellers normally start with the listing capacity they need now and move up when the store has more products to manage.
Should I choose monthly or yearly billing?
Monthly is better if you want to test the workflow first. Yearly is better when you already know you will use HGR for the store and want the lower effective monthly cost.
Is there a refund window?
Monthly subscriptions include a 7-day refund window for new users. Check the current checkout terms before subscribing, because billing terms can depend on the plan selected.
Does HGR replace marketplace fees or store subscriptions?
No. HGR is the dropshipping automation layer. Marketplace fees, payment fees, supplier costs and any store platform subscription are separate from the HGR plan.
