Error 21919136: Add at least 1 photo. More photos are better!

Every listing must have at least one photo. Image URLs are added through the PictureDetails.PictureURL fields or the VariationSpecificPictureSet.PictureURL fields for multi-variation listings. If an eBay catalog product is used, that catalog product must have a stock photo available, and the ProductListingDetails.IncludeStockPhotoURL boolean field must not be included and set to false (true by default if the field is not included).
