How can I set my business policies?

You have to create your business policies directly on eBay and they will be updated in your HGR account straight after that.

You can then select them under Settings>Channel. In case you are using a NO API channel, you have to click on the NO API extension and click on Get Business Policies once they have been created on eBay.
