Error 21920405: Shipping Service has been deprecated. eISD dropped from the listing.

In the US, Global Shipping Program (GSP) has been replaced by eBay International Shipping (eIS). eIS is an account-level setting, and if a seller was opted in to GSP, they were automatically opted into eIS when the transition occurred. Note that a seller can be opted into eIS, but not offer international shipping. 'Ship=to' and excluded shipping locations are either set through the shipping business policy, or through the ShippingServiceOptions containers, the InternationalShippingServiceOption containers, the ShipToLocations fields, and/or the ExcludeShipToLocation fields. Please also note that if the Exclude shipping locations preference is turned on in the seller's shipping preferences, all excluded shipping locations specified through shipping business policy or API fields will be overridden, and all of the seller's listings will be made viewable/available to all international buyers in the countries where eIS is supported.
