Error 21917327: You've provided an invalid shipping policy.

Check the SellerShippingProfile container to see which shipping business policy you are using. Verify if the ID and/or name of the policy is valid for the seller's account. You can use the getFulfillmentPolicies method of Account API v1 to retrieve all shipping business policies defined for the seller on a specific eBay marketplace. A seller can also go to the Business Policies page in My eBay to check shipping policies.
