How do Facebook Marketplace seller reviews work, and how can I manage reputation?

Written seller reviews are available in the Facebook app for iPhone and Android. Reviews can appear on the seller's Marketplace profile and the related listing, but Meta does not verify that every reviewer purchased the item. Seller ratings may become public after 5 or more eligible ratings. Sellers can request a review from their profile, a product, inventory or chat, and can reply publicly.
