- Customer returns go to your address, and sellers outside the UK need a UK return address. Maibo replaces or refunds only faulty or dead-on-arrival units.
- Parcels are plain, with Maibo’s own labels. Maibo cannot add your paperwork, although two of its pages promise dispatch under your brand.
- Its pages disagree on details: one says the CSV has images and live stock, and the feed help page says no file has images.
- Maibo’s terms call it a retailer and allow resale only when agreed in writing. eBay accepts drop shipping from a wholesale supplier, not items bought from another retailer, so get Maibo’s resale terms in writing first.
