The supplier will send the items directly to the buyer, you only have to forward the order to the supplier.
How do you do that? You go to the supplier’s website and purchase the product with the buyers details, that’s it!
If there is a return, you have to inform your supplier about the return and forward the supplier’s instructions. To do so, the buyer will have to send the product to the supplier.
Once the supplier receives back the item, you will receive the corresponding refund. Once you receive the money, you can refund your buyer.
In order to fulfil an order, you have to purchase the item yourself and enter your customer’s details so that the order is delivered directly to your customer.
We have auto ordering for some suppliers such as Amazon, Bangood and Smyths toys with Va Ninja solution.

Subscription
The limit refers to the total number of listings that are monitored. You are paying for 300 listings, and whenever you want to list more than 300 items, you will need to upgrade to the following plan.
You can check our prices under Settings > Subscription or on our website if you are not registered already. Your subscription will be upgraded as soon as you make the payment.
Yes, you can request any invoice you like. Please note that as we are a Spanish registered company, all your invoices will include 21% IVA.
You can list as many items as you like if you purchase the corresponding subscription plan. Your subscription limit is the maximum number of product you can have in your HGR account.
No there isn’t, but please contact us if your desired plan is not included in the subscription plans.
You can upgrade any time by accessing Settings>Subscription and purchasing the new plan.
If you upgrade to the same period or longer, then we will partially refund you your current subscription.
All the subscriptions are recurrent and cannot be refunded. You can cancel your subscription at any time before renewal date. Therefore, we can only refund you if you decide to upgrade your subscription.
In order to downgrade your subscription, you must cancel your PayPal recurring payment and sign up for the new plan.
We cannot issue a refund when downgrading the subscription.
We recommend you to wait until the current subscription expires and then cancel it and pay for the new one.

No. In order to upgrade your subscription you can subscribe to your new plan. Don’t worry! You can upgrade now and we will issue you a partial refund for the percentage of your current subscription that hasn’t been used up.

You can sell in UK, US, FR, ES, DE, IT and AU. We will add more countries shortly and you can request a new country if it is not currently supported.

The mark-up is the % that you want to add to the supplier’s price in order to cover your fees and obtain your profit. You can edit it under your Settings > Channel. If you wish to set up a specific mark-up by source, you can also specify different ones for each supplier, or even per item listed.
You have to search for the item ID under My Listings section in your HGR account, enter the supplier’s URL and purchase the item. You have to enter your buyer’s details and the order will be delivered directly to your customer.
You can link as many accounts as you like to the same HGR account. Your limit subscription will be the maximum number of products you can have summing up the products in all your stores linked.
Everyone can sell online without owning any stock. Choose your items and automatically list from different drop shipping suppliers into your store. Stock and price will be monitored.

Monitoring
This occurs when you disable “monitor price decrease”. This prevents the price from being dropped down when the source price decreases. If you want the price to change accordingly when supplier’s price changes, “monitor price decrease” option must be enabled, and “price decrease percentage” must be set to 0.
A price rule is used to set up certain prices for a specific range of products. For example, let’s say you want mark-up for all products from Ali Express between 5$ – 10$ to be 45%.
You can set a new pricing rule under Settings>Pricing Rules and you can ignore the rule by editing your listing and choosing Ignore rules>Yes.
You can bulk edit all your listings (max 500) under My Listings, by checking the top left box. If you have more than 500 listings you can repeat the process.
Every price or markup change applied directly on Hustle Got Real will be saved and remain as changed even after being monitored. (unless you have a Pricing Rule with a different markup).
Listings are monitored every 90 minutes, however, our technical team is working on a new development that will enable in order to be able to monitor them hourly instead.
The profit is an estimation calculated after your fees. You can edit your Fees % under Settings>Channel.

Lister
In order to list variations with our tool you can do the following.
- Access the source URL and select the first variation you would like to list.
- Click on the HGR extension in order to list that item. Please if you have NO API and HGR extension, make sure you click on the green HGR icon.
- A pop up with the product information will then appear. Check the information and edit it as you wish, once you have the first variation information please click at the top right corner on ‘Variations mode’.
- Then you can click on ‘continue adding variations’ and repeat the process for the other variations.
- Once you have finished, click on ‘finish and list the variations on eBay’.

“Listings created” section is a report that shows the listings that have been created using the software, and the settings that they were originally listed with.
You will see your listing’s the up to date information under Search. You can click on the magnifying glass next to each item to view further details.
The “add an existing listing here” option is typically used to import existing eBay listings into the software. Once they are being monitored by our system, you can find them under Search section, where you can edit them.
You have removed the “BEGIN_DESCRIPTION_CONTENT” tag by mistake. It should be placed right before the Description section. It will work again if you add “BEGIN_DESCRIPTION_CONTENT” to your template.
Our listing service is an automated process done by our system which is based on previous best-performing listings. In order to use it, you only have to decide the number of listings that you want us to list for you and pay for the service.
It is a one-off payment that you can buy as many times as you like. You will be given the option to choose the suppliers that you want us to use, however, this is not necessary. If you don’t, we will list recommended suppliers only. You can check it here.
The product catalog is a free tool that enables you to choose as many items as you want and list them with a single click with optimised titles. Items will be published within seconds.

Price Warrior searches for anyone who is copying your titles or have a similar one. When detecting it, it automatically updates your price to unseat your competitor’s (if repricing is enabled on your Price Warrior settings). This way, when a customer searches for the item on eBay, your listing will always be slightly cheaper than the competitor’s. If you don’t want Price Warrior to change the item’s price when finding someone copying your title, you can just disable “Repricing” on your Price Warrior settings and you will only see a list of all the items that have been copied from you. This list will be updated daily.
You can edit both price and markup individually for every listing. Please note that this must be done directly on Hustle Got Real by accessing “Search” section and finding your item and clicking on “Edit more fields”. You will see the option to edit both price and markup.
You have to access the supplier’s site that you want to source from, choose the item that you want to list and click on the green listing extension. You will then have to fill in the item specifics and press Sumbit.

You can access bulk lister under “Tools”. You then have to paste the item’s URLs in the table provided and they will automatically be listed. When using Bulk Lister you have the option to request approval before being published, that way you will be able to edit them before being published.

You only have to purchase tokens if you want to optimise your products with good selling keywords. You can purchase your optimisation tokens when you are using your catalog, right before you list the items.
You can access Search section and click on the blue “Search” button in order to check all your monitored items. Please note that you can also use the Advanced filter to search for certain items in particular.
You can click on the magnifying glass next to every item and uncheck “Monitor Stock” and “Monitor Price” to stop the software from monitoring items without terminating them.
Yes you can. You can access Settings>Templates where you can edit the existing templates. You have a visual editor to change colours, fonts and images of the current templates. If you wish to import or create a new one, you can edit the HTML. To do so, please follow the instructions under the link above.

Common errors
If you are using a non api channel, your extension might be disconnected. Please make sure that your non api extension is connected to your store. |
In order to connect your store, you have to open the non api extension, choose your store and click “Connect”
If your extension turns red, you need to connect your store again by clicking “Connect”
You can fix your pending listings under My Listings>Pending listings. You only have to click on the error message and click “Fix listing”. Then you can retry to list it again.
eBay account
If you relist an item on eBay, it will be relisted with a new item ID generated by eBay. Therefore, you will have to manually add this item again to HGR.
When a listing ends on eBay, it will also show as terminated on HGR and will not count against your subscription limit. If you search by its ID, you can still see it on HGR for reference, but when your search results return more than 1 item, terminated items are not displayed (you can still see them using the advanced filter).

Verified Rights Owner or VERO in short is a program of eBay that gives authorization to the intellectual property rights owners to take off particular listings that accommodates information that violates the ownership or rights such as brand, images, and other legal rights.
In order to avoi listing those brands, HGR checks that the item you are trying to list is not on that reported brand list.
You can also use VeRo checker extension to have more control on these items.
Stealth accounts are accounts made using an alias or different information than your own real information. In case your original account has been restricted or suspended (this can only happen if you use a marketplace to sell like Amazon or eBay) and you want to open a new account with your real information, they would probably be linked and then your new account would be suspended too.
Price warrior helps you beat your competitors by detecting people that are copying your items and making sure that you always get the sale.
If you are selling on eBay you may have experienced that some sellers copy other’s listing information and lowers the price. We don’t like thieves and that is why we have developed Price Warrior.
Price warrior fins those sellers copying your information and lowers your selling price :).
You have to define the minimum price you are willing to sell at and price warrior will never set the price below it. You can access your report section and check the status of all the listings being managed by this tool.
When an item’s duration is “30 days” it cannot change to OOS neither on HGR nor your eBay store. If you ever want to change it through HGR, you will get an error message directly from eBay. In order to prevent this, we recommend you to enable the “Out of stock action” that increases the item’s price when being OOS on supplier. You will find this setting under Settings>Account.
If you have a NO API channel, you can change it directly in your HGR account, under Settings>Channel.
In case you have an API account, you have to relink your eBay account and the username will be updated.

- You are trying to list an Auction with a quantity higher ‘1’
- Use of email address and/or ‘@’ anywhere in your listing
- Incorrect ‘Category’ assignment
- Automatic Payment Method Missing or PayPal account on hold.
Check each of the points above and retry the listing.
The item that you are trying to list is on the VeRO list.
If you still want to list it, you can manually list it using the extension instead.
Your shipping policy hasn’t been approved by eBay.
Please change the shipping policy and click on retry. Please note that if you are selling items nationally your shipping policy cannot be international.
Your return policy hasn’t been approved by eBay. We recommend you to set up 30 days return policy.
Please change the return policy and click on retry.
eBay doesn’t approve the postal code. Check your postal code, edit it and click on retry. Please remember that if you are dropshipping, that postal code has to correspond to ‘where you have your items’. We always recommend you to introduce a postal code from the country you are selling in.
Please edit your listing and make sure that all the mandatory specifics have been filled in. After that, click on Retry.
Your eBay account has been removed, perhaps you changed your password on eBay.
In order to fix this, you have to relink your eBay account to HGR.
Please review your listing and edit the Index.

As per the error message, eBay requires you to set up a billing method with them before they enable your seller account.
In order to do so, you can do the following: Access your eBay account and introduce you billing details. If you are not able to find the section, please contact eBay via the chat on their site and request them to send you the link to complete your billing details. Once you have updated this information, come back to My Listings section in HGR and click on Retry on the listings that are currently showing this error.

Amazon account
We provide a service where we connect your NO API channel in one of our servers so that you can switch off your laptops. The price for this extra service is £12.99 per month.
The NO API version does not require you to link your Amazon account to HGR in any way, so that Amazon does not know that you are actually using a software to manage your inventory. We simulate that you are doing everything manually.
Make sure that your NO API extension is connected and your Amazon logged in. If they are, please contact us so we can take a closer look into what is happening.

Velocipacker generates tracking numbers for your orders and you can then check the status of your orders.
Velocipacker allows you to have a tracking ID but does not automatically upload that tracking number to eBay so you will have to manually add it if you want to update your eBay tracking number.
