Market leader: AutoDS. eBay plans start at $26.90/month for 200 variations, and each selling channel needs its own plan.
Free option: eBay Seller Hub and Seller Hub Reports. Bulk listing with CSV files is free, but there is no supplier stock or price sync.
Lowest paid entry for eBay automation: Yaballe Starter at $26/month for 200 listings. PriceYak has a free tier for 100 repriced listings per store.

Which tool fits which seller

eBay Seller Hub and Seller Hub Reports (free)

Good fit: Sellers with a small catalogue who can check supplier stock and prices by hand. Seller Hub Reports uses CSV templates to add, revise, relist and end listings in bulk.

Watch out: eBay does not sync supplier stock or prices and does not place supplier orders. You edit and upload the files yourself, so stock errors are your risk.

AutoDS (market leader)

Good fit: Sellers who want the largest supplier list and user community. AutoDS says more than 1.8 million dropshippers use it across all channels and has more Trustpilot reviews than any other tool here (26,560+). DSM Tool and SaleFreaks now redirect to AutoDS.

Watch out: Plans are per selling channel, so a second channel needs a second plan. The Import plan has no price or stock monitoring. Auto-ordering is a paid add-on ($9.90/month), and each non-API eBay store costs $9.97/month.

Yaballe

Good fit: Amazon-to-eBay sellers who want fulfilment through Yaballe’s own Amazon accounts. It supports eBay .com, .co.uk, .de, .fr, .es, .it and .ca.

Watch out: Automatic order placement starts on the Growth plan. Fiverr owns Yaballe and AutoDS; Yaballe says it continues to operate independently.

Good fit: Sellers who need many listings on a low entry plan: the Basic plan allows 2,000 listings. It supports eBay US, CA and UK and Shopify, with Amazon, Walmart, AliExpress, Costco and Best Buy as sources.

Watch out: Its pricing page and its eBay page show different prices for the higher plans, and different trial lengths. Confirm the price in the app before you pay.

Good fit: Testing at low volume: the free tier covers 100 repriced listings and 50 AutoOrders per store each month. It supports eBay US, CA, UK, FR and DE.

Watch out: Paid usage prices are not on its pricing page, so you cannot compare the cost at 500 listings before you sign up.

Watch out: There is no free trial. New monthly plans have a 7-day refund window; annual plans are not refundable. Our review base is smaller (Trustpilot 4.6 from 319 reviews). Auto-ordering depends on the supplier and your setup.

eBay’s drop shipping rule applies to every tool

eBay allows drop shipping when you fulfil orders directly from a wholesale supplier. eBay does not allow you to list an item and then buy it from another retailer or marketplace that ships directly to your buyer. You stay responsible for delivery on time and for the buyer’s satisfaction. Software does not change this rule, so check that each supplier offers a dropship or wholesale program before you connect it.
