Two Import Methods Available

Auto Import
RecommendedHGR automatically detects products already listed in your connected store and displays them for easy import.
What you'll see:
• List of detected products with ID and Title
• Simple form to fill in required details
Steps to complete:
1. Add Supplier URLs for each detected product
2. Set preferred Markup for each product
3. Click Monitor Products
Once submitted, HGR immediately begins monitoring your imported products.
Manual Import
Bulk OptionImport multiple products at once by manually entering their details.
Required Fields:
• Item ID - The product ID from your store
• Supplier URL - The supplier's product page
Optional Fields:
• Title - Product name (can be left blank)
• Source Variation - SKU and attributes
• Source Warehouse - Warehouse location

Special Fields for Tool Migration
When importing from another tool, you can provide two additional optional fields for better accuracy:

Use the supplier's direct product URL, not your marketplace listing URL. Copy the link from AliExpress, Amazon, or your supplier's website.
Product Already Exists
System says the product is already being monitored?
Solution:
Check your Active Products dashboard. The item might already be imported and monitored. Remove duplicates or use a different Item ID.
Import Failed
Import process stopped or failed completely?
Solution:
Double-check that your Item ID exactly matches what's shown in your store. Copy-paste to avoid typos. Ensure your store connection is active.
Variation Sync Issues
Product variations not syncing properly?
Solution:
Include complete variation details (SKU and attributes) during import. For products with multiple options, specify each variation separately.
