How to get your Amazon Key

Steps you need to follow in order to get your Amazon Key
Access your Amazon account
Please make sure you access your buyer account (Amazon Marketplace) and not seller central account.

Go to Account → Login & Security
Navigate to your Account settings and select Login & Security from the menu.

Two Step verification → Edit → Get Started
Find the Two Step verification section, click Edit, then click Get Started to begin the setup process.

Click on Authenticator App option
Select the Authenticator App as your preferred two-factor authentication method.

Click on "Can't scan the barcode" and copy the key
The key that appears is what we need. Please make sure you paste it here in the Auto ordering configuration.

Navigate to the Auto ordering configuration and paste your Amazon key in the designated field.

Download an authenticator App
Install an authenticator app on your phone. You can choose from the available options by clicking on "Need an app?"
⚠️ Important: Don't forget to complete the remaining steps to activate the key.
Scan the QR code
Use the authenticator app you downloaded to scan the QR code displayed on the screen.
Enter the OTP code
Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) provided by your authenticator app.
💡 Note: This code changes every 60 seconds for security.

Verify OTP and continue
Click the "Verify OTP and continue" button to proceed with the setup process.

Set authenticator as preferred method
Confirm that the authenticator app is set as your preferred two-factor authentication method.
