Access your Amazon seller account

Please make sure you access your seller central account and not your buyer account (Amazon Marketplace).

Settings → Login Settings

Navigate to your account settings and locate the Login Settings section.

Two Step verification → Edit

Find the Two Step verification section and click the Edit button to modify your settings.

Add new phone or authenticator App

Click on the link to add a new authentication method to your account.

Download an authenticator App

Install an authenticator app on your phone. You can choose from the available options by clicking on "Need an app?"

Click on "Can't scan the barcode?"

The key that appears is what we need. Please make sure you paste it here in the Auto ordering configuration.

⚠️ Important: Don't forget to complete the remaining steps to activate the key.

Scan the QR code

Use the authenticator app you downloaded to scan the QR code displayed on the screen.

Enter the OTP code

Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) provided by your authenticator app.

💡 Note: This code changes every 60 seconds for security.

Click the "Verify OTP and continue" button to proceed with the setup process.

Set authenticator as preferred method

Confirm that the authenticator app is set as your preferred two-factor authentication method.
